I don’t pray as often as I should. Even though God knows my inner thoughts and all that weighs heavy on my heart, when I vocalize and have my one-on-one with him I feel so much better. I give thanks everyday but I don’t always take the time to give praise and strengthen my individual relationship with God. When I’m truly spiritually in tune that is when I feel my best.
